News and Events Events Brighton Half Marathon 2023 Run the Brighton Half Marathon and raise money for Say Aphasia! Scroll down to book your place! Your fundraising will help us to support more people with Aphasia in the UK. Our charity helps people with aphasia adapt to their new way of life through sociable drop-in groups. We offer a community who understand aphasia. With the money you raise, we can grow the charity to allow more opportunities for people with aphasia, who are unable to return to their careers and, who want to regain a sense of purpose. At Say Aphasia, we offer fulfilling roles such as Volunteer Peer Leader to run the drop-in groups. With money you raise, we will also be able to pay for events to help raise awareness of Aphasia. There's 350,000 people in the UK with Aphasia, so we have a lot of people to support! To learn more about what Say Aphasia does, and how your fundraising efforts can help, please read here.
