Walk 1k to 10k Steps to Raise Money for Say Aphasia

Members will be setting themselves a walking challenge.

Starting at St Catherine Hill in Winchester.

Participants will be walking 1,000 to 10,000 steps.

I have been living with aphasia since my stroke 10 years ago and have received support and friendship from fellow aphasia people through the Winchester aphasia group.
