Imagine losing the ability to speak, join in conversations, or to properly express how you are feeling. These are skills that we take for granted and Aphasia can take these from us, leaving us in a challenging and lonely place.

Say Aphasia is a small charity that provides support, guidance, companionship and hope to those impacted by this condition.

Like any charity, Say Aphasia would not be able to provide the help and support that they give without help from the public. For that reason I feel privileged to be joining a relay team to cross the British Channel this June, to help raise both money and awareness for this outstanding cause.
