Running 13 miles to raise funds for SayAphasia

Colin Lyall, one of the founders of SayAphasia is going to join to run the Vitality Brighton Half Marathon on Sunday 26th February 2017 to help raise funds for the charity.

Colin has run marathons before but admits that he is a little behind on his training.

If you would like to sponsor Colin then you can do so through the Say Aphasia Just Giving page (see below)

A half marathon is 13.1 miles and the Brighton Half Marathon route takes in the seafront between Ovingdean and Hove Lagoon.

Colin completed the half marathon in 2 hours 47 minutes - great time for someone who had sustained an injury during training.

At the time of writing Colin and his racing companion Ellis have raised over £1,493.23 for Say Aphasia.
