I currently work on the stroke unit in Brighton and have had the privilege to meet the organisers of this incredible charity. Many people after having a stroke struggle with their speech and this can feel so isolating and frustrating, Say Aphasia allows for a community of people who have experienced similar difficulties after a stroke  come together and support each other.  By running this half marathon I would like to support this worthy cause.
