For health professionals looking to signpost their client, please complete the Say Aphasia member form on behalf of your client, or pass the form onto your client or their family.

All our support groups are a drop in service. Anyone with aphasia can attend. No membership or referral is required.

However, we do need to collate some basic information such as emergency contact details.

To ensure a relaxing first visit, health professionals are encouraged to complete the form in advance.
