I’m doing the Brighton Half-Marathon on the 2nd of March! Our lovely Say Aphasia charity is thriving. We now have 20 support groups in the UK, and there'll be more groups this year. But it’s not easy. Our spend is about £5k a month to run the aphasia groups, with four Say Aphasia support teams. So please give generously if you can.
