Ages ago, through my job as a speech & language therapist I met a remarkable man called Colin.
He lives with aphasia.
Colin went on to form and grow the wonderful charity SayAphasia in Brighton.
The charity is now nationwide.
SayAphasia supports people with communication changes in many ways - support groups, friendship, awareness raising, funding therapy and more.
I've since moved on from Brighton but have been dragged back (AKA I want to see everyone again and raise some money for the most excellent charity)
I'm getting quite slow and I have a few more pains though I still like running a lot.
But 13 miles is a bit much for me these days so donate a few quid as an incentive to get round!
