I'm going to walk 50 miles over 5 days to raise money towards the Woodingdean Challenge.

When I first had the stroke it I was based in London for 10 years. I didn't have aphasia group and spent most of my time alone in the flat.

Now I have moved to Saltdean I have now joined both the Hove & Woodingdean Aphasia Groups. It gives me a change to to with other people with speech problems.
