Katie’s SayAphasia Fundraising page Donate In February my Dad had a stroke and is now living with aphasia, which has taken away his ability to communicate. Everyone that knows Ronnie will agree that he was one of the bubbliest chatterboxes and natural live wires that any of us could ever wish to meet. This has therefore been an extremely challenging and emotional time for him and our family.I’m running my first ever marathon in Edinburgh at the end of May. I will be raising money for SayAphasia UK, a charity that supports people with aphasia, helping them rebuild confidence, connect with others, and feel less alone and isolated. The Say Aphasia Charity provide supportive drop-in groups throughout the UK and we are fortunate that there is one in a nearby town to him. They rely on 100% donations to operate, so any donation, big or small, would mean so much. Thank you for your support 💛 Katie Lake Manage Cookie Preferences
