Me and the team are runnning the Brighton Half Marathon at the end of Feb to raise money for Aphasia. I was in Brighton when I was first admitted to hospital for my Spinal Chord injury so to run a half marathon a year and a half later in the same city is truly a very proud and very emotional moment for me and one that I'm glad to be sharing with the rugby team as well as dedicating to Aphasia. Its a condition which causes people to loose their voices and ability to communicate verbally as a result of damage to the brain. Its a truly great cause to mark a truly massive occasion for me so please give what you can.

Thank you so much Tommy Rowlingson
