I broke my tiny toe, I moaned A LOT about not being able to walk or run. Now it is fixed I should probably start running a bit. That is why I am running 13ish miles in Brighton at the end of June.
Aphasia is not a well known condition, but close to my heart through my work as a speech and language therapist. Like our little toes allowing us to walk, most of us take for granted our ability to effectively communicate daily. Aphasia is a communication impairment caused by damage to the language centres in our brain. "Say Aphasia" do wonderful work in Brighton providing continuous support to those adapting to life changes due to aphasia. They deserve your cash if you have any spare. Stephanie Wells
