I’m doing the Brighton Half-Marathon on the 1st of March! 

Our lovely Say Aphasia charity is thriving. We now have 30 support groups in the UK, and there'll be more groups this year. But it’s not easy. Our spend is about £7k a month to run the aphasia groups, with 5 part time staff members. 

So please give generously if you can. Our aim is to have a long term plan, for more local groups who need help for people with Aphasia. Donations keep us going.
