The Brighton Half Marathon is definitely a great one to run if it is your first time. It has a flat course, beautiful sea views, and a supportive crowd.

Your fundraising will help us to support more people with Aphasia in the UK. Our charity helps people with aphasia adapt to their new way of life through sociable drop-in groups.

We offer a community who understand aphasia.

With the money you raise, we can grow the charity to allow more people with aphasia to meet others who understand their condition and learn how to live with it, while adopting a lasting positive attitude.

At Say Aphasia, we offer fulfilling roles such as Volunteer Peer Leader to run the drop-in groups.

With money you raise, we will also be able to pay for events to help raise awareness of Aphasia. There's 350,000 people in the UK with Aphasia, so we have a lot of people to support!
