Would you like to run a workshop? At our drop in groups we currently have a regular art class and singing class. These classes benefit our group members by improving their mental wellbeing. These types of workshops have a huge impact to the people who attend. they can improve mental health they can help with positive mind set they are stimulating they can reduce loneliness and boredom they can decrease symptoms of stress and improve quality of life If you would like to run a workshop at any of our groups please get in contact.
